Dear cryosparc developers,
Greetings! I am currently using cryosparc version v3.3.2 and I am trying to do a local refinement. I did particle subtraction and symmetry expansion. Then when I tried to do local refinement, I encountered this unknown issue:
“IndexError: index 625 is out of bounds for axis 2 with size 576.”
Could you help me to understand what is the issue?

Please can you post additional lines of the error trace from the job’s Overview tab?
