Hi, I am observing some weird patterns in a specific vesicle in this cryo TEM micrograph in this FIB-SEM lamella.
Does this resemble some vitrification issues? I wonder if this specific vesicle does not vitrify well by plunge freeze while other parts of the cell do.
Yes looks like crystalline ice (although you should be able to confirm that by looking at the FFT), not sure about the diamond shaped things though
