Dear Cryosparc team,
when using the Average Power Spectra job on a selection of 2D classes (Select 2D job), it would be nice if the ordering of the PS sums was the same than the selected corresponding classes. So, that files :
J75/templates_selected.mrc
and
J76/J76_power_spectra.mrc
have the same ordering.
Alternatively, in the Average Power Spectra job, you could simply re-write in the job folder the class-averages in the same order than the PS.
This would make one-to-one comparisons between classes and PS much easier (relying on the event log files is impractical, and also it only shows 10 of such comparison).
