Number of particles after local motion correction

Hi,

I noticed that the number of particles after local motion correction is lower than the input particles from the auto-picking. I was wondering why and if there was a parameter that controls it?

Hi Nicolas,
As far as I understand, particles that are near the edges for which the selected extraction box will not be complete are discarded.
