Not able to connect job

Hi

I am not able to connect the inputs to run a new job. For some reason dragging is not working and it is not taking the inputs from the previous job. This is strange. Facing for the first time.

I would really appreciate if someone helps me to overcome this problem.

You may try the following steps:

  1. Please post the version of CryoSPARC.
  2. Ensure your browser is up-to-date.
  3. Exit and restart your browser.
  4. If problems persist, please collect debugging information.
  5. Email us the information from the previous step and the tgz file produced by the command
    cryosparcm snaplogs.

Hi

I think there was some temporary snag as exiting and restarting the browser solved the issue.
