We are trying to build a workstation recently but GTX 3070 is the only GPU we can find on the market due to the GPU shortage. I’ve tried to run T20s dataset (the tutorial one) as a test run and it worked fine. Considering that GTX 3070 only has 8GB vRam, I am a little concerned about the potential problems due to low GPU vRam, especially going to a larger box size. Have anyone had experience running Cryosparc on an 8GB vRam GPU? Or how necessary it is to use a 11GB+ vRam GPU?
I am also trying to test the limitation on box size by using some other larger dataset. Feel free to give some suggestions on designing testing jobs.
