Hello CryoSPARC users!
We’ve posted a new preprint about cFAR, tFAR, and Relative Signal on biorXiv. The article summarizes the theory behind the preferred orientation diagnostics in CryoSPARC (much of the information is a summary of what can be found in our Guide pages). In addition, we’ve included some comprehensive comparisons to cryoEF, Fourier Shell Occupancy, 3DFSC sphericity, and SCF* on 14 different EMPIAR datasets, as well as on synthetic data. We hope this is useful to the community!
