I sometimes find myself well down a processing cul-de-sac before deciding that it would be better to branch an entire sub-section out into its own workspace.
At the moment, the cmd+click selection mechanism allows the cloning and deletion of multiple jobs. Could it also facilitate the moving/linking of multiple jobs to another workspace in one go?

Thanks for the suggestion! We are currently working on a variety of new job multi-select actions for a future release, and will definitely consider this use case.

Multi-select actions have been enhanced in CryoSPARC v4.1 (released today, December 12, 2022) so it’s now possible to perform clone/move/delete/etc. actions on multiple jobs.
