Motion correction of K3 super res data in cryoSPARC Live?

Hi,

Currently with 1080Ti/2080Ti cards, motion correction of K3 super-res data fails in Live, running out of GPU memory.

This is also the case in “regular” cryoSPARC, but in this case there is an option to “further reduce memory usage” to make motion correction possible in this case.

Will this option be introduced to Live in the next version, to make on-the-fly motion correction of K3 super-res data possible?

Hi Oli,

Yes, a new cryoSPARC release is coming in a few days and it will include that option in live.
