Minor bug in Manual picker

Hi,

Small cosmetic bug in Manual picker, when editing an existing set of picks:

  1. load picks
  2. drag particle diameter slider to zero px
  3. select a different micrograph - picks do not change (do not correspond to correct micrograph). Picks then update if one adjusts the slider.
