Micrographs Importing issue

Hi,

I tried to import my mrcs micrographs to cryoSPARC, but it takes too much time, and in the overview tab, it just shows me “License is valid.” It is not finished yet, and I am not sure the micrographs are importing or not. I was wondering if you’d mind helping me to solve the issue.

Hi @Ali,

Is it possible if you can provide us with some logs?
cryosparcm log command_core
cryosparcm joblog P2 J2

Note: the command_core logs would be most helpful if they’re captured around the same time you see this weird behaviour. Any info you can provide us with will help, including OS, Hardware and crySPARC version.
