Micrograph import error

Hi all,

I am trying to import some motion-corrected (Relion-3.0) mics into a cryoSPARC v2.15 workspace (single workstation) and for some reason cryoSPARC can’t “see” the mrcs… attached is a screenshoot of the corresponding error.

I KNOW I’ve specified the correct path to the mics since when I provide the path in the file browser in the GUI, it is populated with all the .mrcs… screenshot of this is also attached.

Any idea what might be going on? Any input is appreciated–thanks!

Maybe the permission issue? Give the cryosparc_user rwx and try.

Hi Lulu,

thanks for your suggestion. I tried changing rwx permissions to 777 for the directory and the micrographs, but still no luck :confused:

Any other suggestions out there would be much appreciated!

I think your folder name maybe the issue here. It has a special character “+” in it. Change the + to an _ and try. Maybe that’ll work?
