Micrograph import after tif to mrc conversion

Hi, I am trying to import .mrc file using import micrograph option. These files I have converted from tif file using IMOD tif2mrc command. However after successful import of the image, the images are not clearly visible in cryosparc event log window. If my open those tif files using other software, it is showing as very clear image though. How to troubleshot this?

What format

num_frames
num_pix_x
num_pix_y

are your tiff files? Did you consider importing them to CryoSPARC without first converting them to mrc format?

  • full command(s) that failed
