Manual picker display of denoized micrographs

Hi all,
I denoised the micrographs with Topaz denoise. when I try to open topaz denoised micrographs with manual picker. Its not displaying the micrographs. I can see the display with manual curate exposures job. So I curated the exposures and I used the out put from that job to pick particles. However, I am unsuccessful in getting display of the micrographs.

Hi @Venkata,

Just to confirm, you’re able to see micrographs but just not the denoised version? At the moment, the manual picker doesn’t support displaying denoised micrographs. We have added this to our to-do list and will add support in an upcoming version. I’ll update this topic when the feature has been released.

Thank you for your message. Yes only denoised micrographs are the issue.
