Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can point me into the direction of the hallmark examples of air-water-interface proteins? Specifically, is there a particular protein that is studied to determine the features/fixes to the preferred orientation?
I know cryoSPARC tutorial using the flu-trimer but I was wondering if there were other examples.
