Hi all:
I have done motion correction in MotionCorr2 during data collection (outside cryosparc). Using those corrected micrographs, I got a final particle set refined to a resolution of 3.2Å.
Now I want to do local motion correction for those particles, so I did patch motion and the subsequent local motion correction in cryosparc. But the result of local motion is always zero particle being corrected. Perhaps cryosparc didn’t connet those refined particles with the newly patch-motion-corrected output? Is there anything like a relion star file that I can redirect those refined particles to the new patch motion output?
