Hi all,
I have imported a particle stack of 3X data from relion and has been working with it. When I imported this stack I did not link it to the corresponding mircrographs. Now after working with stack I have a smaller number of particles (clearing the junk particles with heterorefinement) that I want to extract from micrographs as unbinned. Is it possible to link these 3X particles resulting from heterorefinement to the original micrographs for unbinned extraction. I tried reassign particles to micrographs job but it complains about input not linked.
