In CS Live, often we want to get to streaming refinement as quickly as possible, and all we need out of ab initio is a “good enough” initial model to kickstart the process.
To that end, it would be useful to have an option for early termination (kill and mark as complete) integrated into the Live ab initio interface.
It would also be useful to be able to queue up a streaming refinement prior to ab initio completion, to allow for a completely automated pipeline once 2D classification is complete.
