It would be useful during mask creation in Volume Tools if there were an option to keep only the single largest contiguous region, in order to avoid small discontinuous blobs that can sometimes appear (this can of course be done many other ways, but it would be convenient to be able to do it on the fly in Vol Tools).
This makes good sense, binary image segmentation could likely be used to accomplish this, but this would require testing of course; I’ve also triaged this one.
