Hi All,
We just got a new K3 installed on one of our scopes, and it looks like when I process the data in cryoSPARC-Live the gain ref needs to be flipped in X. I don’t see that option on the CS-Live UI like I do on the standard CS side. Is there a step I’m missing or is there something we should be doing in DigitalMicrograph to streamline this? Thanks for any tips.

I think this setting is in the initial configuration panel. Somewhere on the setup page there is a box to check and activate advanced settings, which opens many more options, including gain flip for motion.
@user123 thanks. For some reason I was looking for it over with the exposure parameters and not under the microscope. Thanks for the help
@hansenbry, If you check off Show advanced on the Configuration Tab in Live, you’ll be able to see the options for flipping the gain reference :https://guide.cryosparc.com/live/new-live-session-start-to-finish-guide#2-configure-new-session
