Good day. When looking through the “Outputs” tab of a finished job, there are now individual windows displaying different output data types (J###.particles.location, J###.particles.motion). After downloading the above .cs and files and converting them to star files, I notice that all the output information are identical to that of the particles.cs and passthrough_particles.cs files located in the root directory of most jobs.
Will future versions of cryoSPARCv2 have these outputs provide additional information such as particle pick_stats and particle motions that are not presently provided in .cs files?
