I was trying to run a local CTF estimation for the particles which were local motion corrected. I lost the high-resolution features in the structure. Could anyone help me out?

Dear, Thank you. I would like to mention that I have used all the parameters to default expect ‘true’ for do, local refinement to true. I tried with both 1024 and 512 as radius. The the results i used to do ab-initio followed by refinement. The resolution gone from 8 to 9.2 Ang.
