Is it possible to use multiple GPUs for a single Cryosparc refinement

Hi,

I have dual Titan-X GPUs, but as far as I can tell from the output cryoSPARC is only using one of them for any given refinement.

Is this normal? And is it possible/advantageous to instead use both GPUs for a single refinement?

Hi Oli,

Yes, this is the current behaviour. Any single job, like ab initio or refinement, will only use a single GPU at a time but multiple simultaneous jobs can use different GPUs.

Eventually yes we would like to support using multiple GPUs for a single job but support for that hasn’t been implemented yet.
