Hi,
Manual picking on images where there is gold in the frame is very difficult, as the automatic contrast adjustment washes out the particles and makes them difficult to see. Would it be possible to add sliders to the Manual Picking job to perhaps select the min/max boundaries on the image histogram, or adjust brightness/contrast?
Also, would it be possible to add some image-based statistics to the Manual Curation job, to allow easy discarding of those images that have too much carbon/gold? E.g. the average intensity might be good to plot for this purpose?
