Interactive exposure curation failing

Hi,

We’re encountering a strange error when trying to perform manual exposure curation after a patch CTF fitting. The job starts correctly, but when we try to open the job page, a red warning bar with “Could not get interactive information or exposures to setup job.” appears. The interface then freezes, and the page needs to be reloaded to recover the session. However, the job timer keeps running.

I’ve never seen this error before and similar jobs have run successfully on the same installation. We’re using CryoSPARC 4.1.2 on Centos 7. Any help appreciated!

Inside the job log for your specific exposure curation job, which you can access through the web app’s menu

under Metadata|Log,
there is a

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:

(with an actual filename)
