Hi,
When multiple particle sets are provided as input, inspect particle picks should color them differently, and allow display of each set to be toggled separately. This would facilitate easy comparison of different picking strategies (e.g. template vs topaz, one topaz model vs another, etc).

In general the red particle picks are near impossible to see for colorblind. Love warp’s color/size/shape selector.

Hi,
Would it be possible to also make the intermediate outputs from template/blob picker that show what the algorithm is picking on sample micrographs resemble those from Topaz extract or extract micrographs? It is very difficult for me to see the red indicators on the black and white micrograph and the white circles are much clearer.
