Inspect picks after filament tracer in V5

Hi everyone

In cryosparc v5, there is no more the “local curvature” and “filament sinusoity” plots that helped to select “good” segments after the filament tracer step. Is this functionnality going to be implemented in the next updates, and if yes, how soon ?

Keep up the good work for cryosparc users !

Hi Pierre-Damien,

Could you show us a screenshot of the Inputs section of the full un-collapsed “Inputs and parameters” tab of the Inspect Picks job? We suspect this may be due to missing particle.filament information in your dataset

Hi Pierre-Damien,

Thank you. Could you please check the “Show slots” box in the above screenshot and send it to us? We are trying to determine if particle.filament is present.

If you see that particle.filament is present in the Inspect Picks’s job inputs, could you then try Restarting the job and seeing if you observe the curvature and sinuosity plots?

I restarted the job but obtained the same results. I tried to do it from another filament tracer job and I found the plots back. So thank you for your feedback !
