Inspect particle picks micrographs are dim

hi,

running CS 4.6.2. When I use a particle picker (any of them) and then inspect particle picks, I notice that the micrographs are all VERY dim, basically black. If I play with the low pass filter a bit then it improves visibility. Seems like a bug.

Meanwhile if I open the same micrographs with micrograph exposure curator then I can see all the micrographs without issue, no dimness.

Where did the micrographs come from? Patch Motion, or were they imported e.g. from relion? I don’t see this with mics from Patch Motion

Thanks Oli, I re-did patch motion and now it works.

The problematic micrographs did indeed come from a previous cryosparc project where I had done patch motion, I guess somehow importing them caused the issue.
