Incorrect EER Fractionation in Patch Motion Correction – Can It Be Fixed in Reference-Based Motion Correction by Overriding the EER Fractionation Number?

During patch motion correction, I misinterpreted the EER fractionation parameter and used 24 fractions (~2.1 e⁻ per fraction) instead of the intended 60 (~0.83 e⁻ per fraction). I discovered this issue near the end of processing, just before reference based motion correction. Can I simply change the EER fractionation in reference based motion correction to 60 to correct this, or do I need to restart from the raw data?

Don’t worry - you can change it in RBMC.
