Dear colleagues,
If movies were imported into CryoSPARC without the XML AFIS data (even though the XML files are present in the corresponding folders), is it possible to add this information later - for example, at the Exposure Group Utilities step-if I know the correct number of clusters? Or, does this require repeating all initial steps (import, motion correction, and CTF estimation)?

Hi Dmitry,
XMLs can be ingested and associated with your exposures post hoc using the Import Beam Shift jobtype. Refer to Tutorial: EPU AFIS Beam Shift Import (scenario #2) for expanded workflow.
If you already have particles, reassigning them to the newly annotated exposures will allow the exposure groups to be propagated.
