Include job number in Select 2D output

Hello all,

I’d love it if the following files that are generated by a Select 2D job would inherent the job number in their filename:

templates_selected.mrc
templates_selected.cs
templates_excluded.mrc
templates_excluded.cs
particles_selected.cs
particles_excluded.cs

Example:

if Select 2D would be job 142, then
J142_templates_selected.mrc

I came across this post from 2020, but that doesn’t seem to apply to the version v5.0.4 I’m using:

Hej CryoSparc team, I was wondering if it was possible to include job numbers for all downloadable Select 2D outputs in the future? If you download particles_selected.cs or any of the passthrough files from a Select 2D job, the naming only says “particles_selected.cs” without the job number which would be convenient. I believe all other downloads contain project and job numbers. Thank you, Claudia

Thanks @msleutel for the note. We have identified the underlying issue and will include a fix in an upcoming release.
