At the end of my data collections, I have movies in different directories located on a distant computer. In addition, I already processed them with relion. Accordingly, I already know which are correct and which are not.
To import the correct ones and to be able to read them in a single directory, I use symbolic link. However, when I try to import them in cryospark, I get an error (my links are not considered as directories of files).
Is there a way to go around this?

I found the solution. Before lounching the job, CryoSparc gave me a warning that my links where not recognized as file or directory, but this was not the real problem. It was due to the way I first mounted the remote disk, which seemed to induce a problem in the access right).
