trying to process stain data from our screening microscope. It’s not great data and it’s just a quick check I want to do. However I can’t import the micrographs. They are .tif. I tried converting to mrc with EMAN and got the error: ERROR: read_tiffentries - JPEG compressed tiff data not supported without tifflib.so.
Any suggestions on how to import these files or how to convert into something I can import? thanks.
