Imported volume not centered

I have imported volume but it is not in the center. Can someone tell the reason?

  1. provenance (in some detail), box size and centering of the volume you wish to import
  2. the import process and any custom settings you may have applied

I use this command on chimera
vop resample # PDB after converting it to molmap # abinitio volume from cryoSPARC
and import it on cryosparc

was it centered on the volume you used for resampling in chimera? if not, this would explain it.
