Is it possible to import two different particle sets, one binned and the other unbinned, to quickly switch between them with lower level results? The paths are slightly different (eg particle@Polish/frames_full/*mrcs and particle@Polish/frames_binned/*mrcs).
I want to run 3D-VA with binned particles and then refine unbinned clusters and find myself running csparc2star.py, then fix the star file (remove #s), change path, import, refine for each cluster.
I don’t want to switch between binned/unbinned extracted particles in cryosparc, since I’ll polish at the end and it takes up too much space to have so many unbinned particle stacks, so I work with shiny and binned shiny.
