Import particles stack

Dear colleagues I would like to import the particles stack into CryoSPARC.

While doing that I faced an issue:

Traceback (most recent call last):

  • File “cryosparc_master/cryosparc_compute/run.py”, line 84, in cryosparc_compute.run.main*
  • File “/home/cryosparc_user/software/cryosparc/cryosparc2_master/cryosparc_compute/jobs/imports/run.py”, line 327, in run_import_particles*
  • assert False, "Cannot import file of type %s " % ext*
    AssertionError: Cannot import file of type mrcs

Could you please suggest the solution?
