Hi, not sure this has been discussed already. Is it possible to import particles from a colleague’s folder, say the folder from an extraction job from cryosparc. What files cryosparc would need for that ? I have tried a few things without success. Do I understand correctly that the import job is meant for relion’s particles only?

The colleague should open their extraction job, click ‘Export Job’, which will export all the relevant files and create .csg files. Please see full details here: https://cryosparc.com/docs/tutorials/data-management#use-case-share-job
You can then extract the job archive into the project directory you want to import the job into (in your instance). The detailed steps are available at the above link. Thanks!
