Hi,
Cryosparc should allow import of multiple volumes at once in a single job. The current one-by-one approach is very tedious if one wants to input several volumes (e.g. after a 3D-VA job) to seed classification.
Cheers

Currently, if one attempts to for example import “frame*mrc” from a particular directory, it seems like it does indeed import each volume, but they are not then separately accessible for drag and drop into other jobs.
I’d like to bump this feature request - or, if there is a way of importing three dozen focussed masks simultaneously, please explain how!
Hi @rbs_sci,
You should be able to glob them in the import 3D volumes job (ie. /path/to/dir/*.mrc) and then set the input volume type to mask.
Best,
Kye
This works now! Great! (for both maps and masks)
Nice, cheers - out of curiosity, was this ever in a patch notes and I missed it, or a silent fix?
@rbs_sci, it looks like this was packaged with v3.3.2
