Would it be possible to add import from micrograph star files? We have run Patch CTF in Live, and I would like to copy & import only the motion-corrected micrographs with CTF estimates. Currently there is no straightforward way to do this that I am aware of, but if micrograph star file import was available it would be easy…

EDIT:
An alternative approach that could also work would be an extension of the Patch CTF extract job - have an option to reassign the micrograph_ctf slot to the average particle defocus. Then if the user has particles with CTF estimates, they could use that to transfer them to the mics (which would hopefully be faster than rerunning patch CTF)
