Import job marked as complete before completion

Hi,

In v4.4, if I import a job from another instance, the job is marked as complete instantly, before it has finished importing. Queuing another job using the output from the imported job during this time results in an error.

I think the imported job should only be marked as complete once import has finished and results are ready for use.
