As my sample is not a homogeneous protein, I’m trying to pick particles into two steps: extract bigger particles with 75 nm in diameter, then extract smaller particles (~25 nm) on the 75 nm particles. Now, I finished the first step and plan to do the next step, but don’t know how to import the 75 nm particles as a new set of micrographs for the second round of manual picking?
