How to select a subset of micrographs

Hi, is there a convenient way to select a subset of the micrographs (say from #1000-#2000 out of 5000 images) for batched processing?

Hi @Pei, there’s a couple of ways to do this in cryoSPARC

  1. Use the Exposure Curation tool to either manually select specific micrographs or based on metrics like CTF fit
  2. Use the Exposure Sets tool. Example parameters for your case:
