I have done some processing using cryosparc and got quite of an idea of the processing till the homogenous/heterogenous refinements.
After that I am not quite sure what are the best strategies to improve the quality of the obtained map.
I have run the heterogenous refinement to obtain a clean set of particles, and with these particles I have done an homogenous refinement (default parameters) and got a 5A resolution map. Now I am not sure how to continue and how to check if the map can be further improved.
