How to present mask as 2D images

Hi,

I used a mask for particle subtraction, and I would like to present this mask as 2D images? Is there another way do it other than the " create template" job in cryoSparc? As the 2D images created by “create template” is blurry ( See picture below).

Hi @Wendy! This is an interesting question! Can I ask why you need 2D images of your mask? This will help me figure out the best way for you to make them.

Hi rposert,

When I draw the pipeline of data process, I find it is hard to present my mask used in particle subtraction. So I wonder whether if I present all my mask as 2D images. Thus I can compare it with the overall 2D result.
