How to know the box size before running ab-initio reconstruction

I hope to know how to know the box size of the ab-initio model before running the job. Thank you!

The box sized is defined by your input particles.

That’s not actually true - the box size of the output ab initio volume is defined by the final resolution selected for processing.

There is no easy way to tell what final resolution corresponds to what box size, to my knowledge, although if you select a high enough resolution ab initio reconstruction will be performed in the full box size of the particles
