How do I change input parameters that show up in the “Inputs and parameters” tab for a job but don’t seem to show up in the job builder.
Specifically I’m interested in turning on defocus and CTF refinement for the NU job. I see the option in the “Inputs” tab (which seems to not be editable, even before job submission unless I’m messing up somehow) but not in the job builder.
