How to create more extract particle example images

I wonder if the CS can make more of this kind of example images showing particles on its original micrograph. I would like to have 100 images with particle locations.

Hi,

There is probably an easier way to do this but you could input your micrographs and extracted particles (from an Extraction job) into a Manual Picker job. Then you could download the micrograph images with particle locations, shown with green circles (particle diameter, which you can change to match that of the original extraction). I attach an example from one of my datasets. You could also display only the boxes (purple) instead and download the images. Micrographs from the picking job have been low pass filtered, in this case to 5Å, which you could alter if needed. Hope that could help you, but, like I said, perhaps someone has a smoother way!
