I have this FSC and I used this map for modelling.
The map generated an apparently very reliable model, consistent with the crystallographic structures. However, there is a small high frequency correlation that possibly comes from duplicate particles, when I use topaz. I saw that it happened and I tried to remove those particles with the new job. The FSC got better, but the resolution got worse. I would like to know if the presence of duplicate particles is really very serious or is something you can use, depending on the level.
