Hi,
In 4.22, the slider for switching high resolution noise substitution on and off in helical refinement doesn’t work - it switches from blue to green, but does not have an off state. I think this may be a bug?
Cheers

Hi @olibclarke ,
Thanks for the report – we will fix this in an upcoming release. The intended behaviour was to change the defaults to do noise-substitution only when symmetry parameters are provided, as we found that for some helical datasets when refining in C1, the noise substitution would interfere with resolution estimation when the dataset only achieved low to mid res, eventually causing the refinement to be somewhat unstable.
Best,
Michael
