Heteroreconstruct suggestions

Hi,

Love the new hetero-reconstruct job in 4.4! Two suggestions:

  • For inspection/comparison of results, it would be useful (optionally?) if results from each class were in a single unified log, rather than being paginated by class. Or maybe having an overall summary page at the end would be useful?
  • Hetero-reconstruct doesn’t currently work with the output of ab-initio, I think it would be useful if it did.

Hetero Reconstruct should work with ab-initio if you set Class alignment3D prefix to alignments_class_ and Force re-do GS split to true. Can you (re-)confirm that the job fails with these parameters?
